Three Gratitudes was created by a group of students from Xavier and Brophy College Preparatory who were inspired by Sean Anchor’s talk “The Happiness Advantage,” in which he explains that every human being can rewire their brain to think positively in 5 simple steps:
1 Recording three new things a day that you are thankful for
2. Journaling a positive experience that you had that day
3. Exercise
4. Meditation
5. Performing random acts of kindness
So, this app helps with the first step, and hopefully leads to a happier life style. Stay happy!
